How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 8–12 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

30-day return window from date of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How do I initiate a return?

Email support@verusstore.site with subject "Return Request". Include your order number, reason, and a photo if relevant. We'll reply within 1–2 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, via your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at support@verusstore.site with your order number and a clear photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required.
